Dwight and I have been going back and forth on what kind of home we should buy next year. Years ago, Dwight liked the older homes and I was more for the newer homes. Now, Dwight is for the newer homes and I would rather get an older home until Dwight convinced me to look at some of the model homes in the area. There are three builders in Rosemount right now: Ryland, D-R-Horton and Lennar. Over the last week we have looked at all three and IF we were to build, we are looking at Lennar as a lead contender. We are still weighing out our options and still need to sit down to look at financials. We are getting very excited that this could be a possibility.
