Count Down To Disney

This paper chain was made for Allie when we hit 100 day countdown. Since we are a little over 200 right now, we have a frame in the kitchen where Makayla writes the new number of the day. We will also be helping my Great Nephew Andrew make his countdown chain when we see him in August.

So looking forward to this trip! We will be spending three days at Disney before our cruise sets sail. We just made our hotel reservations, theme park tickets and meal plans scheduled. Currently looking into flights and then we should be good to go!

Being A Gardener

Last weekend I taught Makayla how to mow the lawn. She doesn't really like as we don't have a self propelled mower. This weekend she did better but still would rather be doing something else. She has also become a gardener. Her butterfly garden is coming together. She is shown here planting milkweed that we started indoors.

Patio Completed

Patio was completed today. They came out and pressure washed our patio and then seal coated it. It really brought out the color of the concrete. We bought four small shepherd hooks, plants and our fire pit. Dwight really wanted something that he could grill. Picked up some wood this weekend and hoping to use it next weekend.
