We usually don't eat bad but we tend to eat out a little bit more than what we should. With our cruise a little less than a year away, we both wanted to drop about 15-20lbs. Plus, we are having a Biggest Loser Rivals competition at work, Dwight and I are rival partners ... an extra incentive to lose the weight! I picked up this cookbook at the bookstore a few weeks ago and it has a lot of easy recipes, stuff that we can actually fix and enjoy eating. Makayla loves to cook so it's been nice having her help in the kitchen. We start out with meal prep on Sundays, where we plan our dinners for the week, making sure we start to thaw out meat and get all the veggies cut up. Saturday night meal was Grilled Pork Chops with Cilantro Salsa. The salsa was really good, we had some left over and was able to enjoy it with chips the next day.
